We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who personally guided us to a safe parking spot and then to the riad. The rooftop terrace offered a breathtaking view of the city. The riad was beautifully decorated and our room was tastefully designed. The owner made sure we had everything we needed and gave us helpful directions. Despite being in the middle of the medina, the place exceeded our expectations.

This wonderful accommodation exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, easy to navigate and find. Breakfasts were definitely a highlight, really fresh and flavorful. I also enjoyed the terrace views.
There's only one point to mention, the toilet without doors and the lack of a fan, which made it a little uncomfortable during hot summer nights.

Located in the heart of an old, charming part of the city, this beautiful riad offers breathtaking panoramic views from the rooftop terrace. Guests can enjoy a tasty breakfast, while the welcoming hosts provide guests with mint tea upon arrival. Rooms feature unique decoration, comfortable beds, and lovely interior. the staff is multilingual, making communication easy for non-natives.

My stay at Riad Tetuania was amazing! The atmosphere was traditional and clean, and the terrace offered a beautiful view. The staff, especially Abdul and the manager, were incredibly polite and helpful throughout my stay. The value for the price was excellent, and I felt like I was at home. The breakfast was delicious and made with fresh ingredients from the morning market. Despite the small inconveniences such as no bathroom doors and the need for a fan during hot nights, I would highly recommend this riad. I will definitely be back next year and will be recommending it to my friends and others.

The staff here are amazing and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They provided excellent service and were very polite and helpful. The building is beautiful and the terrace offers stunning views of the surrounding area. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town.
The Wi-Fi was not working during my stay which was a shame, but I didn't ask for it to be checked as I had my own internet. the bathroom and bedroom were not separated, but this is to be expected in a traditional riad.
